Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs

This course will provide Law Enforcement Officers with the history, current intelligence, and culture of Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs in the United States. It will examine the OMGs that are present throughout the country and their ties to outlaw bikers in Pennsylvania. The course will discuss biker colors and significance of patches, tattoos, and their meanings. It will look at general club rules and by-laws. It will discuss current activity of the Pagan's, Outlaws, Hell's Angels, Mongols, Vagos, Bandidos, Sons of Silence, and their puppet clubs. Other topics will include: criminal activities, organized crime involvement, surveillance issues, clubhouse security, current biker problems and club wars and alliances.
